Dear Mr. Deane;

     As one of many who were caught in the hurricanes that ravaged the State of Florida in 2004, I wish to extend a heartfelt note of thanks for the manner in which Tripod Aluminum treated us.

     We were appalled by the treatment we received from some of the people my husband had contacted to come and give us appraisals. He finally asked Kevin Hayes, who is our daughter's next-door neighbor in Fawn Code, to tell us the name of the company they had used. It was a very wise move on his part.

     The young men who came and installed the new covering were hard working, courteous, wasted no time and the pool looks wonderful.

     When the inspector came to check it out he told me it was the first one in over ten days that he had been able to sign off on. All the others had needed extra work done on them.
