A Review of Our Reviews

When deciding which company to hire for any project in your home, it is important to look at the reviews posted by previous customers. We take the reviews given by our customers seriously as it is our desire to deliver an excellent experience, along with a good price and timely completion. We also recommend looking up any company that you are considering on the website of the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

The Better Business Bureau gives letter grades (like a report card) to companies that are contracted with them. It is voluntary for a company to be registered with the BBB. If a company continually has complaints against them, it would be unwise for them to register with the BBB as they are likely to receive a poor grade. On the BBB website, you can see any complaints filed against a company, any responses to the complaint by the company, and what actions were taken by the BBB, if any.

Our company has an “A” rating from the BBB for which we are very proud. When you look up our reviews online you will find some that are unfavorable, which is the case for most companies. We strive for customer satisfaction, but we understand that this is just not going to happen one hundred percent of the time. Some jobs are more complicated and take longer than a customer likes which may result in a poor review, even though the circumstances were out of our control. Additionally, when pulling a permit from the city or county of the customer’s residence, we are at their mercy as to how long it takes to receive the permit. Again, a delay in receiving the permit is out of our control. If a customer has any type of special order, this can also delay the construction process.

There are also certain times of the year that we are busier than usual which will cause our customers to have to wait longer than usual for their project to begin. This is especially true during years with strong tropical storms or hurricanes. Because many people sustain damage to their screen enclosures during such severe weather, we have an increase in business causing longer wait times.

We appreciate all of our customers and thank you all for your feedback. We have been in business for over twenty-five years in Melbourne, serving our community and the surrounding areas. There is no way that we would have been in business this long if we were not a reliable company providing quality products and workmanship. We ask you to overlook any negative ratings of those customers we could not please and look, instead, at our fantastic “A” rating from the Better Business Bureau. We encourage you to post positive reviews for our company when we have provided you with a good experience.

He pointed out that we handled the transaction long-distance as he was in another state while his construction project was occurring. He had a neighbor take pictures for him to send to him as the project progressed. They were impressed with how quickly we disassembled the old screen enclosure replacing it with our sturdier, high-quality structure. This customer appreciated our lower price and timely completion and thorough clean up at the end of the project. He even mentioned being a bit worried about using us because of negative reviews he read. However, he spoke with a couple of people who had used us and were pleased with our work.
